SuperDuxx & Seawolf Inflatable Boats.

All properly registered Inflatable Marine Products Inc. (also known as IMP) products and accessories are warranted under conditions of normal handling and use, as described in the IMP Owners Manual. This warranty is non-transferable and must have proof of purchase at the time of the claim. Claims against any defects in parts, accessories or workmanship are warranted as follows. Aluminum transoms (under normal use and excluding racing) are warranted for five (5) years. The heavy duty cross stitched PVC vinyl itself is warranted for a period of five (5) years against defects and deterioration affecting serviceability such as aging, cracking, or delimitation. The air holding welded seams (excluding end cones) are warranted for five (5) years. The airtight end cones, caps, valves, handles, and floorboards are warranted for a period of six (6) months.

Inflatable Marine Products Inc. or its appointed representative will repair, or at their option, replace any of the aboved described defects during respective warranty periods. In the event of a claim, you must send notification of the defect in writing to SeaWolf at the address listed below. SeaWolf will then advise you where to send the product, freight prepaid, for repair or replacement.

The judgment of our factory-trained experts is the final say as to the extent of the liability. Any repair made as a result of an accident, neglect, alteration, or abuse will be made at a charge to you.

In no event shall SeaWolf be liable for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of SeaWolf Boats. SeaWolf limited liability on any claim relating in any way to the sale or use of the SeaWolf, parts or accessories shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the product to which such a claim relates. So states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Registration hereunder is a condition precedent to coverage under this warranty.

To register your SeaWolf product and to qualify for the above warranty, promptly complete the enclosed registration card within 45 days of purchase and mail it with a photo copy of the dealers invoice to:
